The Fighting Jamesons with Fixity-Virginia Beach
The Fighting Jamesons deliver a traditional style of music with an aggressive and energetic modern-day approach. Forming in 2010, The Fighting Jamesons quicklygained a strong presence on the East Coast. They’ve shared the stage with legendary Irish rock acts such as Dropkick Murphys, The Saw Doctors, and Young Dubliners. In November of 2011 the band released their self-titled debut album, produced and engineered by Capital Records recording artist Mark Padgett.
The 26th Annual Outdoor Show
It’s time to get inspired!! Hampton Roads’ most exciting, shoppable outdoor living show is back in 2019 with both the newest trends as well as old favorites. This year’s theme is “Bring Art to Life,” which will feature a walkable display of our interpretation of famous art into living displays. With more than 70 vendors to shop from, food, seminars, and exhibits, the 26th Annual Outdoor show is sure to paint a picture of perfection for spring. Held rain or shine under heated tents. Admission is FREE.

Virginia Musical Theatre Presents Mary Poppins

Winter is usually the time where all we want to do is sit inside in our Onesies, stay warm and wait for spring to come… Well not anymore!!!! Chili for Charity at Big Ugly Brewing-Chesapeake
If you visit Big Ugly Brewing on a Sunday afternoon, you may notice the same group of folks sitting at the corner of the bar. They/we have dubbed them the “Corner Crew”. They have challenged each other to a chili cookoff where everyone wins! They will offer bowls of chili for a donation which will be donated to a charity chosen that day.
