Friday, June 21st

Laser Pink Floyd at Pretlow Planetarium-Norfolk
Dark Side of the Moon was released by Pink Floyd in 1973 and is one of the best-selling albums of all time. Plunge into the deepest recesses of the Pink Floyd consciousness in Laser Pink Floyd: Dark Side of the Moon. Pollinator Palooza- Butterfly Tent and more-Virginia Beach
On June 17-23, people throughout the United States will be celebrating National Pollinator Week – a time to celebrate pollinators and spread the word about what you can do to protect them and promote healthy pollinator populations. To bring awareness to this important cause, McDonald Garden Center is celebrating Pollinator Week with Pollinator Palooza, an event filled with activities

TGIF Harbor Cruise about the Miss Hampton II
Join us on Friday nights this summer for an evening of non-stop fun! The best way to end your week. Bring your TGIF attitude and enjoy entertainment, dancing, a full bar featuring our signature cocktails, along with munchies from our snack bar!

Farmers Market Honey Festival-Virginia Beach
Come check out Tana Bee’s Backyard Farming at the 2019 Honey Festival!! Purchase LOCAL VIRGINIA BEACH HONEY and talk to us about beekeeping!

HRVA Moms’ Family Fun Day at Oozlefinch Brewery-Hampton
Hampton Roads Moms is hosting a Family Fun Day on June 22 from 11:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Oozlefinch Brewery. The FREE event will bring families out to enjoy a fun day outside at the brewery.

Georgia Peach Truck-Chesapeake
Freestone peaches from Georgia are the peak season varieties to purchase by the box because they freely separate from their pits for slicing in the kitchen or eating fresh out of hand.

Buckroe Beach Farmers Market-Hampton
Buckroe Beach Farmers Market season begins Saturday, May 4th 9am – 1pm and runs Saturdays until November 16th. Expect to find local goodies, fresh fruits and vegies, fantastic artists and much more. Some blackout dates are scheduled. Visit www.villageevents.org for more information.

2019 Virginia Beach Tuna Tournament
Don’t miss the 15th Annual Virginia Beach Tuna Tournament. This year we are excited to have our dock parties at Ballyhoos in Virginia Beach. Sunday, June 23rd

Doggy Noses & Yoga Poses-Paws and Poses on Tap at Back Bay-Virginia Beach
Join us as we present Doggy Noses & Yoga Poses to benefit Island Dog Rescue! You do the yoga while the puppies do the cuddles! Adorable ADOPTABLE puppies and dogs will be allowed to ROAM FREELY and interact with you during this one-hour mixed level yoga class featuring KTMA Yoga founder & instructor Annesa Faticoni, so be prepared to get puppy kisses! Pawssport holders will also be entitled to a complimentary Back Bay pint (for guests 21 and over), a free KTMA yoga comp class, and two weeks of free KTMA martial arts classes!

Food Truck: Frank’s Monster Munchies at Sly Clydes-Hampton
Frank’s Monster Munchies is returning to Sly Clyde! This great crew will be joining us in the taproom serving fun Mexican favorites with a west coast flair.

Drag Yourself to Brunch – Pride Edition-Virginia Beach
Join Sandra Onassis Lopez and other area entertainers during two shows at 11am and 2pm. Arrive 30 mins. prior to the show.
Doors open at 10am.
Raffles sold all day with a drawing at 3:50pm following the show(You do not need to be present to win.)

RIVERFest 2019 at Back Bay’s Farmhouse-Virginia Beach
RIVERFest is a FUN, FREE outdoor festival hosted by the non-profit Elizabeth River Project to create excitement, understanding, and community involvement in the restoration of the Elizabeth River. Fun for the whole family – even the dog!
